Fees and Payment
- Programme and material fees are charged on a per term basis and to be paid in full before the start of each new term. Post-dated cheque will not be accepted.
- A one-time registration fee is applicable upon each new student enrolment and re-enrolment.
- Payment of fees can be made via 1) Visa and Mastercard Credit/Debit Card, 2) PAYNOW.
- Fees must be paid by at least 1 month in advance before the start of the new term to confirm the student’s class slot for next term.
- Fees will be pro-rated if the student registers and starts at any juncture of the programme.
- $20 late fee will be imposed if invoices are not paid 2 weeks after the payment due date.
- Students who intend to withdraw from the programme will need to inform the centre in writing by filling up the withdrawal form and give 30-day advance notice to the centre.
- There will be an administrative fee of S$30 per student for all refunds. The fee refund will be made by Bank Transfer.
- There is no refund of programme fees if the centre is closed due to force majore or pandemic.
Missed Lesson Policy
- Students are to submit a medical certificate if unwell and unable to attend a lesson. Each student is permitted a maximum 2 make up or replacement lessons.
- Students are encouraged to attend a replacement class within the same week, subject toavailability. Replacement classes are scheduled within the center’s weekly cycle, from Monday to Sunday.
- In cases where a student is unable to attend a replacement class during the week. The center will arrange a makeup lesson on another day within the term. The center will provide three possible makeup dates for the student to choose from. These makeup dates will be scheduled at the discretion of the center, considering both student availability and center resources.
- All make up class vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used for payment of programme fees.
Lessons and Punctuality
- The centre will be closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Chinese New Year Eve, First and Second Day of Chinese New Year. Replacement lessons will be arranged for affected classes.
- To maximise students’ learning in our programme, students must make effort to come on time and to go to the restroom before coming for their lesson.
- Parents/Guardians must inform the centre if the student is unable to attend the lesson at least 24 hours before the lesson day.
Personal Property
- Mandarinstars Pte Ltd does not assume responsibility for personal property lost, damaged or left unattended in the centre premises and in common areas.
- Should the centre’s materials or goods be damaged by a student, the student/family is responsible for full replacement. If the replacement is not made, the remaining lessons for the term will be forfeited.
Health and Safety
- If a student is ill, our management reserves the right to disallow him or her from attending lessons. The centre is not liable for any student’s medical needs.
- In the case where the student is ill or unwell, parent(s)/guardian(s) will be contacted to bring the student home immediately.
- To maintain a conducive learning environment, the centre may refuse entry to any persons (including parents, guardians and students) who display aggressive or abusive behaviour to our staff and/or students, or are disruptive to the class proceedings.
- The centre reserves the right to dismiss any student due to frequent disruptive, aggressive or abusive behaviour to our staff and/or students, overdue programme fee, or paternal non-compliance with policies and procedures listed here.
- Parents/Guardians are not allowed to remain in the classroom during lessons.
- By using our services, the student and all associated parties waive any responsibility for illness, personal injury or death in the premises of Mandarinstars Pte Ltd facilities. Mandarinstars Pte Ltd is not liable for any of the above-mentioned nor damage of personal goods caused in the course of its operations.
Copyrights and Intellectual Property
- Mandarinstars Pte Ltd reserves all rights on the learning materials and absolutely no copying, reproducing and resale of our materials are allowed.

General
- Parents must inform the centre should there be any changes to the personal particulars’ information.
- Mandarinstars Pte Ltd reserves all rights to make changes to any of their programmes, and promotions, and may, at its discretion, amend timings, availability, venues, content and specialist teachers according to programme priorities and client needs.
- The Client, Parents and Student consent to Mandarinstars Pte Ltd using work, photographs, photographs, audio/visual recordings and other material for promotional and other purposes such as publicising Mandarinstars and its students’ accomplishments to internal and external audiences, including in print and online, whether during the course of the Student’s enrolment or thereafter.
- Mandarinstars Pte Ltd reserves the rights, at its discretion to make any amendments to the above Terms and Conditions at any time, and will not be held liable for any damages that may be incurred from these amendments. Your continued enrolment in Mandarinstars Pte Ltd constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes to our student policies. Please check these terms periodically for changes.
By signing this Terms and Conditions Form, you hereby agree that Mandarinstars Pte Ltd may collect, obtain, store and process your personal data that you provide for the purpose of receiving updates, news, marketing and promotional materials from Mandarinstars Pte Ltd.
